Tight Loose Tight is a new leadership model talked about for many years, but pioneered by mr. Rune Ulvnes that has together with Reinert Kamøy and Susanne Ringen developed a training program to teach leaders how to get more engagement out of every employee by developing as leaders.

With one year of Tight Loose Tight Practitioner experience, you can apply to our Tight Loose Tight Trainers certification. As a trainer, you are allowed to certify Tight Loose Tight Practitioners. You will be a part of our Tight Loose Tight Trainers community, and get access to our latest news, research and development.
