Rune Ulvnes started developing Tight Loose Tight in 2009, running an agile project after the Tight Loose Tight model. Since that time, Rune has helped many leaders in understanding and practicing Tight Loose Tight, and in 2022 CoWork started developing a Tight Loose Tight Certification program.
