Susanne Ringen
As a former IT project manager, Susanne Ringen has first-hand experience with failing waterfall projects. After being a Director of HR of a Berlin-based digital agency, she has worked as a Systemic Coach, trainer and consultant since 2016. She focuses on leadership and organizational design, as well as supporting individuals and teams in times of change.
In her work, she combines systems theory with mindfulness: looking at systems holistically but never forgetting the individual. In her spare time she enjoys time with surfing, windsurfing, skiing or knitting. She lives in Berlin and Norway.
Mats Frantzen
Mats brings over a decade of hands-on experience as a team leader for agile teams. With a track record spanning more than 20 years, he has been a leader and active contributor within various executive teams. In recent years, Mats has expanded his expertise by coaching product teams and leaders, diving deep into product management, Tight Loose Tight (TLT) frameworks, enterprise agile leadership, and coaching methodologies. In the past year, he has also distinguished himself as a course facilitator in TLT leadership.
Mats leverages his multifaceted background, which encompasses areas from financial analysis, strategy, business intelligence, analytics, innovation, and product organization to technology consultancy. He is also certified in facilitation, agile team coaching, agile leadership, and product management, ensuring a holistic and strategic approach to consulting and leadership.
In his leisure time, Mats values spending quality moments with his family, coaching football, and indulging in outdoor activities such as skiing and running in the picturesque landscapes surrounding Oslo.

Rune Ulvnes
Rune started to work with agile concepts at the beginning of the 2000s. Feeling that something was missing, he developed his own agile concept. After having successfully transformed teams by using this concept, he found a name: Tight Loose Tight.
Since 2010 he has been teaching his idea all over Norway. It is now used in enterprises such as Telenor, in public organizations such as NAV, and even by the Norwegian church.
Rune lives in Oslo and in his spare time, he loves skiing in the Norwegian mountains.
